Collaborative Education
Western Sydney Recovery College (WSRC) is an innovative approach to inclusive education and recovery within the community and mental health sector. Our mission is to educate and inspire the broader community about mental health, to facilitate recovery, and to empower students to learn and grow in a safe and respectful environment.
The WSRC is open to people living in Western Sydney who:
• have lived experience of mental health conditions.
• are carers, family and friends of someone with mental health conditions.
• are mental health workers or workers in the community services sector.
• volunteer in the community services sector.
Students must be over 18 years old to attend workshops. All workshops, including recognised programs, are provided free of charge to those living or working in the Western Sydney Area.

Programs and Courses
All Recovery College programs are co-designed and co-delivered by specialist educators and peer educators with lived experience of mental health.
Our workshops are delivered in locations across Western Sydney including Parramatta, Blacktown, Auburn and Mt Druitt.
Workshops are offered in three streams: What is Mental Health?, Health and Wellbeing, and Skills for Life. Recognised courses offer accreditation and/or CPD points for workers.
