Hello everyone
The 20th March is UN International Day of Happiness and the theme this year is 'Build Back Happier'. As we start returning to our workplaces, schools, and communities, we encourage a focus on wellbeing. Here at One Door Mental Health, we are welcoming people back to our centres and into community supports, face to face. We strengthen our resilience and relationships by reconnecting in-person. I look forward to seeing some of you, as we all turn up at different sites and activities.
We’re actively planning for one of our largest events of the year - the One Door Mental Health Symposium. The Symposium will be held during Schizophrenia Awareness Week (22-28 May 2022). Please let me know if there are topics that you’d like to know more about, on ceo@onedoor.org.au.

Here’s a spotlight on one of our programs: One Door’s Canterbury Head to Health (HtH) received regular referrals of children with multiple developing mental health concerns; and greater complexity. Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network has now enhanced our funds to deliver specific programs, in partnership with KidsXpress. This comes from the exceptional work of our teams in providing mental health support, and responding to the needs of people and communities.
